Rum Old Fashioned

2 parts Coastal Reach Spiced Rum
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 splash of water
1-2 tsp sugar
cubed ice
To garnish: orange peel

1. Add sugar and Angostura Bitters to a rocks glass with a single ice cube

2. Stir until the ice cube has melted enough to dissolve the sugar

3. Add rum and more ice then stir again

4. Hold the orange peel over the glass and bend to release some oil into the drink

5. Add the orange peel to the drink, stir and serve
